Roast Chicken

1Place whole chicken in a roasting pan.whole chicken: 1 5 lb

3Stuff the cavity of the chicken with lemon (halved) , thyme , rosemary , and garlic (crushed, unpeeled) .lemon (halved): 3, thyme: 4 sprigs, rosemary: 2 sprigs, garlic (crushed, unpeeled): 6 cloves

4Scatter onion (sliced) around the chicken.onion (sliced): 1

5Drizzle olive oil generously over the chicken.olive oil

6Pour chicken stock into the bottom of the roasting pan.chicken stock: 1/2 c

7Roast at 400 for ⏱️ 1 hour 15%minutes .

8Heat walnut oil in a skillet over medium heat.walnut oil: 2 tbsp
